Our hosting and analytics providers automatically collect standard log data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and timestamps of requests. This data is used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregated analytics.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using reasonable security practices and procedures consistent with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal information from active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Anonymised, aggregated data (for example, statistics about how many users completed a chapter) may be retained indefinitely.

To exercise any of these rights, email help@meritprep.in from the email address associated with your account. We will respond within 30 days.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above who are preparing for competitive examinations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information without such consent, please contact us and we will delete it.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites (for example, the official RSSB syllabus PDF). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing any personal information.
Because our infrastructure providers may store data in data centres outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in other countries. Where required by Indian law, we put in place appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time.
