Service Delivery Policy

MeritPrep sells access to digital learning content. This page explains how, when, and where you receive the products you purchase from us. Because everything we sell is delivered electronically, there is no physical shipping involved.

1. What we sell

MeritPrep offers digital access to:

No physical goods or printed materials are sold or shipped.

2. How delivery happens

Instant digital delivery. Access to purchased content is granted immediately on successful payment, normally within a few seconds.

The process:

  1. You choose a plan and complete payment through our payment processor (Razorpay or Instamojo)
  2. On payment success, the payment processor notifies MeritPrep
  3. Your account on meritprep.in is automatically upgraded to include the purchased plan
  4. You receive a confirmation email at your registered address
  5. You can immediately log in (or refresh, if already logged in) and access the new content

3. Where to access your purchase

All purchased content is delivered through your MeritPrep account on the website (and any future mobile app). There is no download, no installation, and no shipping address required at checkout.

Sign in at meritprep.in using the same email you used for purchase to access your content.

You will receive two confirmations within minutes of a successful payment:

5. Delivery delays — what to do

If, after a successful payment, your account does not show the purchased plan within 10 minutes:

  1. Refresh your browser / sign out and sign back in
  2. Check your spam folder for the confirmation emails
  3. If still missing, email us at help@meritprep.in with:
    • Your full name on the account
    • The email registered with your MeritPrep account
    • The payment / transaction ID from your payment confirmation

We will manually activate your plan within 1 business day, typically much faster during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM IST, Monday to Saturday).

6. Validity period of digital products

Each paid plan grants access for the duration specified at the time of purchase (for example, 12 months from the date of payment). After the validity period ends, access reverts to the free tier unless renewed. Renewal is voluntary; we do not auto-charge for renewal.

7. Coverage and access

Our service is available globally where the internet is accessible. Pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and payments are processed through India-based payment processors. Users from any country with an Indian-bank-compatible payment method may purchase and use the service.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.
